Grand Park Royal Cozumel, Cozumel

The resort has a strikingly beautiful setting and offers decent amenities, but the dining experience left a lot to be desired. While the rooms are spacious, my stay was marred by lackluster food options and minimal entertainment in the evenings. Overall, the value for money is reasonable, yet the disappointing culinary offerings make me reluctant to return.

My experience at this hotel was quite frustrating. The room wasn't what I paid for and lacked essential amenities, while the dining options were disappointing. The only highlight was the incredible snorkeling available right off the beach. Overall, I left feeling that I wouldn't return due to the service and food quality.

We had a pretty pleasant family vacation here, mainly because the kids had a blast in the kid center and the atmosphere was very friendly. The beach wasn't exactly what we hoped for as walkers, but it was perfect for our little ones. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, especially the breakfast options, which could really use improvement. Overall, we enjoyed our trip, but there were definite areas in need of enhancement.
